1. No Expiry Date

  •  Our gift cards have no expiry date. Use them whenever it's convenient for you.

  • Enjoy peace of mind—no activation, maintenance, or hidden fees.

  • Treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.

  • Gift cards are valid for one-time use only. Ensure the full value is applied during your purchase.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

  • May not be combined with certain discounts, promotions, or special offers unless specified.

 

7. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 These terms comply with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and other applicable laws.

"In-Person Services" Terms and Conditions 

1. Rescheduling Policy

  • To reschedule your consultation, notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email or phone.

2. Weather Conditions

  • If inclement weather impacts safe travel, we will contact you within 24 hours to reschedule your service.
