Through subtle adjustments, energetic alignment, and intentional guidance, the home is prepared so it feels welcoming, balanced, and easy to connect with the moment potential buyers walk in. Rather than focusing on cosmetic staging alone, this approach supports flow, first impressions, and emotional neutrality — allowing buyers to envision themselves in the space more easily.

A brief call to discuss the property, its challenges, and ensure this service is the right fit. -
2–3 Hour In-Person Feng Shui Consultation
An on-site walkthrough focused on flow, first impressions, layout, and energetic alignment — with guidance tailored specifically for selling or leasing. -
✨ Energetic Space Clearing
Physical space clearing completed during the visit, using methods such as a salt burn or bell ringing, to release stagnant energy and restore a calm, balanced atmosphere throughout the home. -
Targeted Feng Shui Guidance
Clear, practical recommendations to support balance, neutrality, and buyer connection — without hands-on organizing, decorating, or renovations.​

Payment option: $248.50 upfront + $248.50 due upon successful sale (within 90 days)
